Calls from Idea dispite of disconnection of numbe

Hi

I had taken a prepaid number from idea one year back and later on I realized that Idea's services are the worst. So I decided to surrender my number.

In this regard I wrote an email to thier customer department about the same and asked them to disconnect the number immidiatly and adjust the outstanding amount from the security deposit (1000 Rs). The outstanding amount was around 1000 Rs only. After three months i strated getting calls on my new number about the outstanding amount and now it has incresed upto 1600 rs as they have not deactivated the connectio. They are harrasing me over the phone. I would like to know the procedure of disconnection and I would also like to file a case against them in consumer forum. I would apprecite any comments. Thnaks
