I just took the ISD card with which the call rates to Malaysia were to be only Rs 6.99 per minute. The worst part is that before i bought it i had word with the distributor and customer care Executive, and he said it very surely that the amount to be deducted will be only Rs. 6.99 per minute, but when i made a call the amount deducted was same that is Rs 9.2 per minute.
What a pity that IDEA has to loot customers in this way, as after being dissatisfied i took an IDEA connection, after knowing from my friends that they offer good services.
But if the scenario remains same then i don't think so that they will retain their customers.
