Poor Surfing Speed

I have Purchase Idea Netsetter (USB), which promises speed of 236.8 kbps. In actual the speed is absolutely hoax, seldom the download speed exceeds 1-2 kbps, it ocassionally around 600 bytes per second.

Even opening search engine like google takes a while. I feel absolutely cheated by idea.
