I had purchased a sim card of IDEA at PUNE. It had life long validity and now i realise it has been misplaced. The number has not been in use by me since 2006. The reason being I was posted to Jabalpur. Here I have another number of IDEA 9826523289 with life long validity. Now I need the sim of PUNE again. I dont remenber the number either. Thus, I expect complete help from the company as I am an old customer.
