I m using idea Postpaid from 3rd Nov. but from last 4 months i m facing many problms and i have complaint many time but i m not getting a permanent solution. i m calling on an ISD no. and my call is getting connected without any ring and it start ringing after 8-12 seconds, means they are charging 4 air teriff and after all this i m not able to talk to that person and they are charging for that too, i have checked all my itemised bills.
so not finally i requested them to settle that amount but they are saying its not possible. same thing i tried from my Relience Mobile but there is no problm like that. i told them all n requested to meet and told i can call infront of you but they r not ready to meet bcoz they are in fault. so plzz help me out.
