IDEA POST PAID
Converting pre paid to post paid

I have been contacted by a call centre of IDEA for converting my prepaid number into post paid. The name of the company is Live Wire Call Center Services Pvt. Ltd. I have filled the form on 30th March. They said it will take 48 hours for activation. It is now more than a week, I have no response. When I called up the IDEA customer care, they said they do not have any request of my application. I don't know if this is a case of fraud.
