Given wrong sim card

I d r kishore have taken two idea post paid connection (9010199112 and 9912202500) after using it for two days i got a message that sim card registration have failed.

when i contacted the idea center at secunderabad they told that they have no idea regarding the problem and i should contact coustomaer care call center.when contacted them they told that i should have taken sim card of ranga reddy distict.

the problem is how can i know which sim card i have to take when a excecutive himself comes to me and gives the sim card.the person who is given sim should have verified my address before giving the sim.

i am ready to pay the charges also i applicable, i only request for early change of sim.
