My phone number is 9506031748 under the scheme of DEF200 from Babina dist-Jhansi UP. I have not even installed the sim in my phone. I want to canel this connection as I am happy with your prepaid connection and presently using idea prepaid number 9506542749. I have approached many times to customer care centre Jhansi and also by phone to 9509012345. even I have written application on 30-08-09 about the cancellation but it was not accepted and turned back. they have not even blocked the number nor accepted the application. I am ready to pay the due amount and please cancel the account so that bill can not be adding.now I am seriously thinking of even dropping my prepaid number of idea and no phone of idea in future.
