Activation & upgrading of sim card Prepaid to Postpaid.

Hellow sir, i had taken sim card the last week on 28-Aug from mobile store. Adds.- MOBILE CONNECT 4737/A.Part 2.23 Anshari Road Daryaganj New Delhi-2, Tel.9911426411. I received new sim, sim no.89910453070946713061, but the sales man said that the simcard would be activated on tommarrow. The almost 4th days is over, my simcard not been activated.my mobile number is 9990778537. sales man said its not my responsblity you shoud go idea office .please activate my simcard it urgent for me because i am a Financial prfessional working with share registory & broking firm. As a request sir activate my number soon
