1. We are repaetedly hearing promotionl advertisement of idea till date about Rs. 149 plan wherein a subscriber can get Rs. 50 talk time, idea to idea free for one month and low tarrif rate .noticeable here that there is no such existing scheme of idea . then why do we consumer cause to bear such boring thing which consume our time.
2. I couldnot understand the concept of idea custommer carring section if they ignore calls of custommer by saying custommer care officer are busy. We are getting only their irrelevant and boring promotiomal advertisement in our part . but not a time to talk with them . shame idea shame how you claim big talk and small work
