Forgery by deducting balance

I have recharged my mobile no.9723749873 with the vouchar of Rs 50/- on 21.08.09 in the evening the balance was Rs. 8.15/-On inqury computer informs that amont was deducted on 14/8, 15/8 &16/8 when my cell was not in operation even.matter may pleased be inquired and remit me the balance amount which wrongly deducted
