Idea prepaid connection
Deducting of amount without approval from custome

I have a prepaid connetction no. 9917657834. On 7/04/09 I got it renewed for life time validity by recharge amount of Rs.99/-. After my recharge the validity has been extended to 2012 & balance was Rs. 65/-. Day before yesterday I got a call from your customer care executive saying that your local call rate has been slashed to 60 paise per minutes without paying any money as I have won a lucky number draw as my number has won this reward. Today when I checked my balance it was showing only Rs 11/- while I have not made any call. So you are requested to kindly look in to this matter I am a old Idea user.
