Complain against the irresponsible behaviour of Custummer care executive

I am unable to make the outgoing call since evening of 6th of may, i just called the customer care to know about the problem the first person named Md. Mumtaz ask me every thing and after keeping me on hold for eight and half minutes he does not give me the complain number and and disconnected the call. Then again i called them a girl called Pooja picked the phone and i just want to know the details about the executive i was talking who disconnected my call, she only try to convince me with her new excuses, after my repeated request she forwarded the call to his supervisor named Md. Shareef. He also unavailable to give me the details of the first executive i talked, he says me its against his company policy to disclose even the name, then he forwarded the call to his supervisor named mr. Abhay, he again tried to convince me with his own view and after my so many attempts, he finally given me the name as Mr. Mumtaj. This Mumtaj also not even tagged my call and register my complains.

So, its my heartiest request that these people must be severely penalized for wasting my precious half an hours of my office time and not making my query solved.
