Idea - Pre Paid Mobile Connection
SIM Card Rejected

I am using Idea Prepaid mobile no 9904097885 since two years

suddenly the message comes on my mobile that SIM card rejected & phone become dead.

I have talked with customer Care but do not got proper reply.

1) So as I am using prepaid how can I get back my balace money & validity?

For Information I am using my Friend's card Mr Arvind Garg
