Eason for disconnection of service

I am a customer of the Idea prepaid services for a long time. I had submitted my photo and Identification documents already about 3 or 4 years ago. I got a message that I can ignore the instruction to submit the document if I had already done. But to my surprise the service is disconnected from today. Please reconnect immediately.
