Idea Pre paid to Post Paid
Not yet convert from Pre paid to Post Paid

Hi, Currently I am Using IDEA Pre paid card, Before 2 months I recd call 4m idea call centr for pre to pos paid convert of billing. One person 4m Idea came to my home n collect required document for Pre to post paid conversion. He charge me 200 Rs n gave a sim card also. He said me that ur prepaid will be convert to post paid on the same mobile number (9702848751) after 2 days. BUt after completion of 2 months still my cell is working on prepaid account. So please help me out. I spoke to so may times to call centre of Idea but no one help me out, I have 2 sim Card with me but the sim card which I have recd por Post paid conversion that still unactivated.
