In regard of unnecessary balance cutting

Hello sir,

my name is devbrat singh sikarwar from bhopal.i have purchase my sim card from gwalior

with mob. no. 9977553557.for few days there is an unnecessary balnce cutting is happening from my balance.i tried to contact to near idea customer care but they do not give any response or they dont want to give me a valid reason .. i am feeling problems with this balance cut so please solve my problem as soon as possible
