My Idea sim incoming and outgoing both services not working it has been more than 40 hours, even i am not able to call to customer care using this sim.
I am really fed up with following up, other Sims (vodafone) are working fine in my hand set
Costmer care persons just waistng time earlier they were saying it will be resolved withn 24 hours max but it has been more than 36 hours to made this commiunication
I have called more than 10 times to customer care from other sim (vodafone)
Cutomer care persons just saying this is Technical probelem from their side, they have forwarded this communication number to technical department it will be resolved soon.
I have informed this issue on Friday night arount 8 :00 PM.Instead of complaint number they have given me following communication number.

How can a customer make difference between their technical words communication number and complaint number. After 10 calls to customer care today mornig on Sunday they are saying it was only communication number not
Complaint, they can raise a complaint from their side and again it can take more than 36 hours it will be resolved till tomorrow 8.00PM.
Do you think a technical problem from idea should take more than 72 hours to resolve?

Vodafone sim is working fine in my hand set is their any problem in this idea number or please tell me should I change this Ideaa sim, I used Vodafone sim around 2 years but never faced any problem
