For the last 5 years, I am having the idea sim No 9848228707. This number is given to hundreds of my freinds and relatives, I have reached it lifetime, which will end by june. I also recharged with RS.220/- three months back, I lastly used it in 20 days ago, and then switched off. Today When I swithced on I came to know that from customer care that the number is in the market. I have been using this number as my official contact number, because of your negligent activity, I have lost number of opportunities, which affected my career very badly. I hold you responsible for all this loss. This is highly objectionable and very bad at your part I also owned 10 more number belonging to idea, thinking that idea is giving good service, I am working as an prof. in National Law University of Law, Hyderabad.
I need this number urgently, rectify your mistake and return my number otherwise I will have to proceed legally in the consumer forum, for which you have to pay fat compensation.
