Not receiving refund

I did not sign up with this company. I applied for a payday loan. ID Protection took money out of my account and told me it was attached to my payday loan. When I tried to receive my refund they told me that it was denied because I should have read the loan application through. That is a bunch of bull they knew what they was doing and that is how they keep their company rolling robbing people when they are trying to get a loan for the unexpected. I advise all using payday loans read loan paperwork through even though it will not say attached is another business you have signed up for, if you catch it stop it quickly.
