Our IFB w/m (elite modle) drum not working. I bought this from Vasanth & Co, Pattukkotai Branch, Tamilnadu last year. I registered my complaints to Vasanth & Co on 17.11.09. But still no service person attended to my complaints. I recalled them many times but they said that they send technician today.., But no such person have come to my house. What is going on? Inform your IFB Thanjavur Service centre to attend myk call immediately. My opinion as for service is concern, really its very worst.
