After sale suffering in the name of after sale service IFB (30SC2) microwave

I have purchased, IFB microwave (30SC2) on 25.01.09 from dealer CROMA (a TATA enterprizes), pacific mall, Ghaziabad, we have been assured that engineer will visit my place at 8 p.m. on 28.01.09 (after 3 days of purchase), since we both working, we have managed to reach home to receive service engineer, but no one turned up, complaint has been locked with IFB and Croma (dealer) on 28.01.09 and i received call on 29.01.09 from Croma, intimating that since there are heavy backlog on the part of IFB, hence engineer will visit my place on 29.01.09 at 8 p.m., once again we both manage to reach home before 8 p.m.. but once again no one turned up for demo of microwave.

we very frustrated to see the behavior and approach of such reputed company like IFB and company like TATA who is selleing product of IFB under banner of CROMA
