My IFB washing machine is under AMC and i have complained on 25.02.09 (ticket no.2761968) which was unattended for three weeks. Thereafter when i approached help line they gave me another ticket no.2824798/16.03.09 and assured it will be attended within 48 hrs.
Alas, after several follow-ups, my call was attended on the 4th day. The service engineer came, just asked what the problem was and said it will be attended by another guy tomorrow.
And from the next day whenever i call i get the same answer that "it will be attended shortly".
Today i was assisted by the help line with a mobile no of an superior who's mobile is switched off.
No iam in the middle of the jungle that too in Bangalore.
