Microwave oven (30SRC1)

Dear sir,

I have purchased a new microwave oven form IFB this month. The product was installed and demonstrated by the IFB staff who visited our premises. I believe the person is unskilled and during demonstration he broke the grill turner. Hence the grill stand is not standing. I have asked for replacement of the product since the product was not used even once and was broken by their person even before installation. They are not taking the issue seriously. Made several complaints both by mail and in person and also telephonically. I have also paid nearly 2500 rupees for additional two years warranty which is also debited from my account. The product was purchased on 9th of this month (09 October 09).

I do not know what to do next. Kindly guide me in the issue.
