This is Vinoth kumar. R IFB-customer ID 1978717/complaint no 3761259/19.11.2009 from Faridabad-Haryana. I have brought a brand new washing machine on the month of 19/08 from ashoka trading company faridabad-Haryana.
With in this span of two months this has a down time of 15 (fifteen) days.
Now the spin operation is not functioning.ref complaint no 3761259 dated 19/11.more than several times i had talked t the customer support and no one is solving the problem. I talked to the branch manager MANOJ -0129-4013150 office and 9555009871 his personal no.
after a long time he gave me another no AKSHAY KUMAR -9311391218 Area service in charge faridabad. Then i spoke to Akshay again he gave one more no 9313991344 MILAN CHANDOLA, who is his boss located and taking care of all over DELHI -NCR service. But he is not picking up the phone even i gave 100 times ring to all the above mentioned people.
Even its a new product it crossed all QC/QA checks but how the PCB of AW 6563 top load could get failed with in the short fall of 50days. If IFB want to provide me solution Better they can replace the machine or cash back.
FROM MY EXPERIENCE PLEASE DONT BY ANY IFB - PRODUCTS THOSE WHO ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE AFTER SALES SERVICE.I PRAY GOD THOSE WHO ALREADY BROUGHT IFB PRODUCTS.DONT SUPPORT THE COMPANY LET THEM CHANGE VERY SOON
