We regret to inform you that we (larsen and toubro ltd) purchased 2 washing machine and 2 dryer placed at sanchore in jalore dist rajastan.
these machines are not working for the past 3 months inspite of repeated complaints no one is attending this.
nor service engineer nor service center.
now we feel that we made a great mistake by purchasing IFB product because of your poor after sales service.
