I purchased IFB ELENA DX front loading washing mechine in 24.11.08, my ticket No. 2458305. Earlier I mailed about warrenty i.e. at the time of purchased Kakinada delear was told 4 years warrenty of aboe mentioned washing mechine but he has not written on bill or in the given book but he says warrenty will write company representative on the given book. Company representative came and insttaled the mechine but he has written 2 2 years warrenty on the book not stamped with your copany seal. I am
already sent mail about this, your company responded through mobile and told me to send warrenty card with in 15 days (extra 2 years warrenty) but up to this time I am not received any letter or warrenty card/message from you. Please send warrenty card to my address as early as possible.
