Two months back I bought a IFB microwave oven with convection facility (30SC2) from House Full, Nashik and it worked only for a month. I called the number given by housefull and a guy from IFB visited on the same day. He said it requires a part and it would get repaired within a day or two. I waited for ten days nothing happened. Later I called the IFB call center and they gave me a complaint number (2181924) and they said it would get repared within 48 hours (now I realised they were joking!!). Nothing happened.. I called them again.. they said same day evening it would get repaired... nothing happened.. i called them again ..same story... Today I got a mobile number from the call center to escalate (9372435951). I called the number and the person who answered the phone said within one hour a technician would visit my place!!! I do not know whether my IFB microwave oven would get repaired or need to use it as a cupboard to store my old stuffs!! They gave me 12 months warrantee.. We used it only for a month and the second month it was not working.. will they extend the warranty period??
