I have IFB microvave model no. is 20PG2S.I faced a problem in my moicrowave related to breakin g of door spring, not working. About 2 weeks have gone but there is no satisfactory service from IFB company. Customer care executive saying that we dont have part for your microwaveb you have to wait for it. But how long should i wait for it. My complaint no. is 3146236. I have not this kind of worst service from any reputated company except IFB. I want to suggest to all potential customer of IFB THAT PLEASE DO NOT BUY IFB PRODUCT if you want to save your money.
