Dear All,
I had taken the AMC for my Microwave model # 23 SG1S, job no 7289523, serial # 2304/11/0670, AMC date from 5th Oct to 4th Oct.
On 7th Oct 11, suddenly the microwave stopped heating for which i called the local service center, Delight services and they assured me that they will come n have a look at it.
After repeated calls alas on 12th Oct'11 I was told that the MCB panel is faulty and will take maximum 15 days to replace.
On 4th Nov '11, I was told to get a new complaint no as the previous once was closed in system.
Complaint # 7375913 was registered but till date i have been following up with the local service center, IFB service center, call center and other senior ppl nos which i was provided as escalations but they still dont have the part.
The global complaint email ID "[email protected]" bounced back and there is nobody from IFB to reply my feedback since 26th Dec 11 on their site.
IFB has pathetic service. I have requested them to return my AMC amount of 2, 757/- since the last two weeks but there is no reply yet.
Can anyone suggest me the consumer court way, since thats the only option left?
