Poor after sales service

I bought a Microwave Oven Model IFB 20PG2S on 16/02/08.It stopped working in January.

I made a complaint on 12/01/09 and was given ticket no. 2609995.When I called thier service centre

many many times one technician came on 18/01/09 and checked the Oven and said a spring in the door of the oven was broken.he removed the spring and took it away promising that he will replace the spring the next day.when he did not turnup and after a few calls to the service centre somebody answered that the component was not avialable and had been intended and will be replaced as soon as it arrives.

it is more than a month after complaining and so far nobody has bothered to come and repair the oven

even after calling them many times. I have also made a complaint at the store I purchased the oven
