IFB Microwave Oven (17PMIS)
Need warranty

I received gift from HP India Ltd under HP pavilion Desktop Offer in the month of september

now this oven is not working, I called IFB call center and make a complaint about this,

The Ref No. 3056731.

One of your Service Engg Visited My place and they are not Providing Warranty on that product.

So please do need full or i ll take ligal action on that . we have all ready paid Rs.1699/- for that gift item.
