I've bought a IFB MW Oven model 20PG1S in October. It was working fine till last month and i was quiet satisfied with it. Last month it started showing problem. It is sometime working and sometime not. I've lodged a complaint on 21/04/09. An engineer came and told that the magneton is "almost chocked" and i need to replace it, he took a service charge and gone. after that my oven was working ok. on 26th a "senior" person came with the spare part and told "unofficially" that the part is not at all faulty as we neeed not change it. He asked me if I want to change it!!?? After that a week has passed and my oven started showing problem again. I again called the Call Center and they told me that the previous ticket was closed. I've opened a new ticket and waiting for their response.
