IFB MICROWAVE OVEN-ELECTRON
NOT WORKING

I purchased an IFB washing machine about 6-7 years back. An electron microwave oven gifted with it. Three months back while cooking the door burst opened. since then we are not able to use it. The door cannot be opened or closed. I contacted the dealer MR. SHAW RADIO & ELECTRONICS DAVANGERE, KARNATAKA where I purcased it. He told me to contact service centre by mob no.9901193561.A boy came and inspected & told he will send the mechanic. Since then I phoned a couple of times, finally he said that the spare parts are not available as it is old model. Then I contacted the dealer. He said he will attend. SINCE ONE WEEK Ihave been still waiting for him. Let me know what to do next.
