IFB - Supremo Washing Machine
IFB Executive Abused and misbehaved and damaged

Dear All,

Last week my IFB Washing Machine gave a problem making a lot of noise and vibration, I registered a Complaint and got complaint number as 2624858. My machine is under AMC . Two days later the IFB Executive came fixed the problem and started forcing us to buy the Powder packs for De-scaling. He Started fighting and abusing when we refused to buy the Powder from him. He even went on saying that they would never come to fix our machine in near future.

He went to an extent that he did something wrong in the machine and now the dryer does not work. IS THIS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU PROVIDE.

I Even talked and told my problem to Mr Shashi and Mr Debshankhu Mukehjee (Both Floor Manager) at the customer care but no one is willing to take action against the Executive

This is the incidence of North Delhi Model Town Area. IFB has outsourced their Service to such unprofessional company. I demand the executive should be sacked right away.
