I have made complain to to your local service station 27.02.2009 and made complain as per ticket no. 2770123 but they have asked for 15 days time for repair due parts unavailibity. I had made service contract in november and after three month I had made complain and now 15 days time is too much. will you please arrange for parts within 48 hours and inform me over mobile no. 09227547751
