This complaint was sent by me to the e-mail id that was available on the AMC document, but it has bounced. Even though I had sent made the complaint over phone on 25th July and spoke again to one Mr. Dailp Kumar and requested him to come on Saturday, no one did turn up. Mr. Dalip Kumar was repeatedly asking whether we would enter into another AMC. Is it compulsory that we should have an AMC for your service engineers to attend to complaints? I would like to inform the following for your consideration.
I have purchased an IFB Washing machine while we were at Chennai. The machine sl.no. is 58195.As long as we were at Chennai we had excellent service provided by your personnel, during warranty as well as during AMC that we had entered into susequently. However, after we moved over to New Delhi in May we had contacted your Delhi unit and entered into a new AMC No.172362 w.e.f.07-06 to 06-06.
In this connection it is to be stated that at Chennai your personnel used to visit our house regularly, once in a quarter, whether we had any complaint or not. When the Amc was about to expire your man would promptly come and advise us to extend the warranty, which we did promptly and regularly. But in Delhi after we had entered into the AMC on 7th June not a single person did bother to see whether the the machine is dead or alive! Even after the AMC had expired on 6th June your personnel at Delhi are just Not bothered to even remind us over a phone call. Having experienced the taste of good customer care from your Chennai people, we do not certainly want to come to any conclusion on the level of the quality of customer care provided by your esteemed Organization.
Only when the machine did develop some fault this morning we did check up the AMC and hence this mail. As for the fault, I had lodged complaint under ticket no.3296458 and I have already received SMS confirming the receipt of the same. Kindly arrange to do the needful in the case. Enclosed please find copies of relevant documents.
