No Reponses from IFB Service Care

I have two complaints for IFB washing machine since last 15 days and there is not any result come out from the IFB Technician Faridabad division. Whenever I asked for the complaints they said there is not any Complain log in by there Cutomer care executives and when I call back to the executives they replied they have already forwarded my complaints to the concern person of my locality i.e Faridabad.

Still we are awaiting and log in complaints on daily basis to the IFB Customer Care and IFB Technician. Please help us out.
