I am writing this mail to express my deep sense of displease against the company. We had bought an IFB washing machine (Elena DX) on the 5th of November from Electronic Plaza located at Kalkaji. Till date we have not had the demo of the washing machine, inspite of our constant requests and rigorous reactions. Nobody seems to pay heed to the customers and we are still anticipating the concerned person to come home in order to perform the demo. We are a working couple who due to time constrains cannot be on the beck and call of the demonstrator.
We are extremely dissatisfied as far as the company ethics is concerned which claims to deliver service within 24 hours. The dealer too has no clue as to what is to be done. Please let me know the steps that are to be taken now.
