Policy Papers Not received (iffco tokio)

Dear Team,

I have taken one motor insurance for my car in the month of Sep 2009 from Iffco Tokio, But till date i have not received my original policy papers from the company. I have called up so many times for the same but they people not responding properly. Today i ensured everything than they told me my policy not generated till this time. If unfortunatly i met with a serious accident today so who would be responsible for that i don't know. I have covernote for the same & my account statement as well which shows my policy premium cheque already cleared from my saving account. Need your help to resolve the issue on my behalf.
