I am using the idea prepaid No 9718315723 since Aug 08.
the incoming/ outgoing calls were stopped on 22 jun09 for the want of resubmission of documents.
the documents were submitted by me at Idea outlet at Adhchini on 24 jun. Ref No received by SMS for the same was 79728871.
the service was started that time but again stopped on 28 jun.
i contacted the idea outlet at Adhchini and then idea helpline on 01 jul. i was informed that the documents were received and the service would be resumed within 24 hrs. Ref No received by SMS for the same was 80257069.
the services have still not been started which is causing a great inconvinence.
the same may please be looked into and be resolved at the earliest.
