I had purchased an Imate Jama in Sep'07 and just after two month sof usage it started giving problems. As I was busy with work so continued to use teh product till one day it completely stopped working. I deposited the set at Asian Electronics for repairsand they mentioned that within a week they will return. When I sent someone to collect the handset, it still had the problems so they mentioned the motherboard needs to be changed so ask the handset to be left back. Now it is almost three weeks and they have not returned the set as they donot have spares. Their call center gives incorrect commitments. I was told by their team leader that collect the phone on 21st however today they say it will take another week.
All i Say is if they can't repair in time they should refund the money I have spent in purchasing the unit. Also Who is reponsible for loss of 1 month of warranty? Do they extend the same?
Pls help in getting my handset back or refund of money
