Cell phone device purchased on 11 8 2007 from poorvika pondybazar on 11 8 2007.Charging connector defect found on 28 01 08.presented to service centre ICONET Adayar who soaked the device for 3weeks and returned to me on 16 2 2008 pleading his incapacity to repair.cellphone device was handedover to seller poorvika' pondy bazar ch.17.who accepted device against acknowledgement to repesent matter again with service centre to rectify the fault. But the seller poorvika has soaked the matter till date. I RALLIED ROUND THE SHOP ON MORE THAN FOUR OCCASIONS AND RECD. ONLY IRRESPONSIBLE REPLIES.RATHER I LOST ACCESS TO DEVICE IN THE PROCESS PURCHASED AT A COST OF 10000.RS.THE DEVICE UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD.KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL TO AVOID APPROACHING OTHER FORA
