Card Not getting delivered after 3 months of follow-ups

Hi,

I am a regular user of ICICI Bank Credit card. ICICI Bank now transfers the points earned by us to imint Card. I have not recieved imint card for past 4 months. I had contacted the customer care for around 150 times but they are not responding with anything concrete.

My request number is: 607240

Complaint number: 609207

Everytime a new guy comes on the phone and unable to help me. They are so unprofessional that they odnt even keep their words. Everday they will say that we will give you a call in an hour or two or by evening but nobody responded.

My imint card number: 9401150679207208.

Please help me in this regard as soon as possible.
