The Imint website to which ICICI credit card has transferred the points redemption business has many problems: Its website is too slow at any given time to log on or to check any information about participating

dealers etc. Consequently it is next to impossible to redeem the vouchers. Most HPCL dealers in south Mumbai (Colaba, Metro cinema etc.), for example, refused to take the vouchers today, as they do not participate. If Imint cannot improve its infrastructure it should return this business back to ICICI, the way it was. Earlier a similar redemption could be done automatically from any HPCL dealer!
