A cylinder was booked against refill no. 33301 (in the name of Seema W/o Rakesh). Confirmation vide no. 1388402 was received but couldn't get the cylinder till date. Telephonically complaint was lodged on 13th April vide complaint no. 411692 but of no use. Each time the the distributor M/s. Gandhi Nagar Gas Service told that he has not received any information in this regard.
Your good self can very well imagine how a person live without gas (fuel) for One MONTH>
Please intervene and get the matter sorted out on prioirty as it is already very delayed.
