Sir,

i am submitting that I have booked for refil on 16.2.09 and as on today I have not received the refil and further I have contacted your Area Sales ASsistant manager or so by name Mr. Kondala Rao but in vain please help me to receive the refil early as possible. Earlier also we have given complaints to you but in vain. EVery time i am facing problem with happy home distributory at Visakhapatnam in supply of gas refil and further they do not respond over phone properly and without giving any responsible answer they keep away the phone.
