Without permission gas connection shifted to another agencies i.e m/s neelkanth gas agencies

Sir, today i visted to m/s. sharma gas agency for booking of gas, but very surprised that, they told me, no booking here due to my gas no.1302 has been shifted to other agency i.e m/s neel kanth gas agency.sir, how is it possible, that without my permission my gas connection had been changed .and no intimation sent to me by the sharma gas agency. the neel kanth gas agency is very so gar i.e around 7 k.m. from my house . therefore, you are requested to kindly retained the gas connection with sharma gas agency insted of neelkanth gsa agency.
