False product name

Hello,

This INDIALEDU pack has been activated on my brother's phone and 30 rs per month is being deducted from balance for many month. This is frustrating. Even customer care people are behaving like dumb. Calling never reaches to customer care center. This service is really poor. Is it comapny policy to earn some false money??

Please deactive this stupid pack as soon as possible otherwise i ll move to consumer court.

I will send u moble no once anyone replies to my Emaild.
