Leakage of drinking water pipe at bannaerghatta road

this is sridhar from bannerghatta road. there is a water pipe damage in the road & we called for bwssb office (no is 22945149 & AE Mr: Ravindra Kumar is no 9845444035) no body is takeing care of that .what hell is going on this department thats reason we r paying for tax & water bills. please remove all useleess officers & please arrange for repair.
